On a 100 acre ranch outside of Amman, Jordan, their roots run deep, not just into the land, but into the heritage of a people who have always known the olive as sacred. In these groves, where generations have pressed olives with bare hands and quiet reverence, tradition lives on.
One evening, over a shared plate of handmade hummus and fresh olives from the ranch, two kindred spirits from distant corners of the world began to dream about doing more with what the land had already given— weaving together stories and envisioning a way to share it's abundance with the rest of the world.
He carried the lineage of the land and legacy, descended from a family that has tended olive groves for generations.
She brought a creative vision and experience in health and wellness, drawn to the art of nourishing both body and soul through food, flavor, and connection across cultures.
Together, Nofal and Tessa envisioned more than a olive oil product. They saw an opportunity to craft something timeless – a dance of tradition and expression, a modern heirloom of sorts.
Out of that, Sada Mazra was born – a name drawn from the Arabic language meaning "echoes of a ranch."

He carried the lineage of land and legacy, descended from a family that has tended olive groves for generations. His education (MBA) and extensive experience in international business shaped his understanding of global connection.
She brought a creative vision, drawn to the art of nourishing both body and soul through food and flavor. Her education (MPH) and experience in community and international wellness deepened her passion for food as both medicine and connection across cultures.
Together, Nofal and Tessa envisioned more than a olive oil product. They saw an opportunity to craft something timeless – a dance of tradition and expression, a modern heirloom of sorts.

Sada Mazra olive oil comes from Nabali Baladi trees in the sun-drenched hills outside Amman, Jordan, where olive trees have flourished for centuries. Harvested by hand at the start of the season and pressed within hours, this organic, extra virgin olive oil is single-sourced from one family estate—never blended, never shared with the public until now.
Crafted through mechanical cold-pressing and unrefined, the oil captures the pure essence of the fruit: a rich, fruity taste with aromatic hints of fresh grass, earthy green tones, and a subtle spice kick. Its early harvest brings a lively balance of moderate pungency and bitterness, softened by a smooth, light texture.
High in polyphenols and antioxidants, and with an acidity of less than 0.8%, our olive oil is more than a luxury—it is a daily ritual for longevity, heart and brain health, beauty, and artful living.
